If your order contains an error and you need a replacement, we ask that you send a photograph of the item to for review. The photograph will help to expedite the process of getting the error fixed without delay. If the error is made on our end we will replace the item free of charge. If the error was made on your end when the order was placed ex. misspelled words, wrong size or color etc. we will work with you to get it corrected. Expression Design Co is not responsible for replacing item that contain errors that were not made by Expression Design Co. We will work with you to get the error corrected but we do not replace items that contain errors free of charge.

Cancel Order:
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed please try to do so before the close of business on the day the order was placed.

Orders Not Received:
Please allow a minimum of ten business days after the shipping date for delivery of First Class Mail. If the order has not been received after the tenth business days we will open a missing package claim with the United States Postal Service in an effort to locate the package. Use the contact us form below to report a missing order. If the shipping address on the order is incorrect the customer is responsible for paying the amount for shipping for the replacement decal. If the shipping address is correct and the order is lost in the mail there will be no return shipping charge. For all other inquiries please contact us using the form below.

First Class Mail - Allow ten business days from the time the order is shipped. All free shipping orders are shipped as USPS First Class Mail and do not have tracking. They are sent in a standard envelope and arrive with your regular USPS mail.
